Cheap brochure printing shouldn't mean cheap quality printing.
At Tri-Tech we use the same grade of paper for our Brochures and Posters
as we do for our magazines and publications.
Crisp white glossy paper gives the best reproduction.
This also gives us better buying power on stock which we can then pass as a savings onto you.

At Tri-Tech everything is completed in house.
We are equipped with a full printing facility as well as one of the
most compete Bindery and finishing capabilities in the industry.

Trimming, folding or die-cutting is all done In-House.

Specialty work can also be looked after by our associate company
Hone Printing which is located in our facility.

At Tri-Tech your brochures can be printed in a variety of different formats.
As you will notice in the example below we are able to print a variety of formats at a time.
The standard press sheet size for our press is 25" x 38"
What this means is you can save with volume printing.
A short run of 1,000 press sheets will yield 8,000 brochures.
Or, 4,000 if we do what is called a Work and Turn.
This is where you would have 4 fronts, and 4 backs on the press sheet.
It would then back itself up. We would then do a minimum 500 press sheets.
Any print order below 4,000 would need to be grouped with another to be feasible.

For those who are print brokers. Gang runs of 8 different brochures is very efficient.
With our Heidelberg Pre-Pres equipment we can RIP almost any program.
The illustration below shows a variety of different programs
from both the MAC and PC platforms.
There is no extra charge for combination runs.
When it comes time for proofing, we can give you a separate
proof for each brochure. If you are selling brochures to someone else
this can be a huge benefit.

All brochures are printing in high resolution 175 line screen.
For those brochures that have vivid detail we will make it shine.
200line screen, or Heidelbergs Satin (Stochastic) Screening will be used.
