We're capable of working with files from either Mac or PC, and supply you a digital or electronic proof within hours.
Our secure FTPsite can be redirected from your server to ensure we are transparent in the entire process

At Tri-Tech our digital proofing is calibrated for accurate colour on press.

You will always receive 2 proofs from us.
1) A high resolution flat digital proof showing colour and layout.
2) You will also receive a folded sample to ensure back-ups are perfect!

Our proofs are generated from the actual files that will make our CTP plates.
At Tri-Tech we convert the actual raster image 1-Bitt Tiff Image for plates
We then convert to to a Jpeg image for proofing and electronic viewing.
It's always the same file. What you see is what you get.


Our press is a Komori Lithrone 4 colour 40" offset press
Fully automated with every conceivable feature to help with quick turnaround times.
Full autoplate and autowash for quick great pricing.
Roller Chillers and CIP 3/4 for consistant print quality.
Maximum sheet size is 28" x 40"

Standard line screens are 175 or 200 line
Stochastic (Heidelberg Satin Screening) Available on 80lb or higher stock weights

We would be happy to quote print jobs with supplied stock or Tri-Tech providing it.
*Note all supplied stock must meet our required press amounts
COD is required on any stock purchased by Tri-Tech.
